He doesn’t act like he’s a demigod and he doesn’t talk down to people. Although they are rich in content, his posts are not perfectly written and English isn’t even his first language. He is willing to try new things, learn from his mistakes, and focus on solutions. He believes in himself and will do what it takes to succeed.
