I remember reading that article. I think I need to get back to that principal. I am really bad about estimating how long stuff is going to take me to do. I admire your dedication to be able to post daily on multiple blogs.

Since I trained project managers for a living, I have many tools that get me through my busy schedule. I have a time slot for everything so that helps a bit. For example, 9:00-10:00 post article on site 1, 10:30-11:00 post article on site 2, 11:00-11:30 create backlinks, etc…

I read an article a few weeks ago on John Chow dot Com that still helps me today. Check it out, it’s a good read!

It is hard to get over the “I have too much going on” attitude. With kids, a wife, a job, and a million other things to slow you down, it is easy to make excuses.

I’m very ADD, so I find if I have too many projects going on at once, I get distracted and never end up finishing any of them. I’m all about pursing every idea to it’s fullest, but I don’t know how to manage my time with all the ideas. Do you have any tricks? Almost everyday I feel like I work nonstop (enough to make my wife mad sometimes), and I still don’t have enough time to do everything I want to.
